“The Pub has incredible food, fantastic staff and on a day like when I went (watched Manchester United play Arsenal) the atmosphere is ELECTRIC! Highly recommend checking it out if want a drink, some delicious food, great service and great company. The only drawback I have is the parking situation is not great, make sure to prep for that before your trip to The Pub!”

Great little pub with a local feel tucked into the heart of downtown. It’s got indoor and outdoor seating, rustic atmosphere, friendly staff, and a good selection of drinks. They actually have a cider on tap too that’s delicious. Prices are comparable, plus a happy hour, parking is fairly easy and accessible, and they now have 2 foosball tables which really increases the soccer-friendly vibe. Always happy to come and play a few rounds of table soccer and watch some games. No other bar like it in Austin.

“The Pub came in clutch as we were exploring some areas away from touristy 6th street. It was about 100 degrees, and we needed a beer. It was before lunch, and they were open. I had a standard Irish draft, and my wife and daughter had Finnish long drinks. 5 stars for the service and interior of this bar. It was beautiful inside. I wish I’d taken pictures. The two bartenders we talked to were so nice and helpful, giving us some information on places we wanted to go. One was the general manager. Everyone in Austin was incredibly nice and helpful. There were a couple of people having lunch and the food looked really good. The bangers and mash looked particularly tasty. It was too hot for us to eat this early, so after a short respite, we were back on the streets exploring. The Pub was a great Austin find.”
